- ║ CALL BACKS IS WHERE THE MONEY IS. ║

- ║ FORGET A CALLBACK AND YOU ARE AT RISK OF NOT GETTING ║
- ║ THE ORDER. ║

- ║ When you 'enlist' a Client for the NEXT CONTACT date ║
- ║ from the Client Db module, or using the Scheduler ║
- ║ in Follow Up, you install a call back day which ║
- ║ then 'collects' all your NEXT CONTACT records and allows ║
- ║ you to see, line by line, all the NEXT CONTACT records ║
- ║ in a given month. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ In other words, you can view ALL your follow up calls in a ║
- ║ selected month, every call to be returned. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ You only use Monthly Scheduler in Follow Up to view all your calls ║
- ║ in one place. You then make your selection to view your input ║
- ║ ║
- ║ You scroll the screen. If a Client record needs to be pulled ║
- ║ up you Press <enter> which shows your notations. To see the ║
- ║ Client record Press <F5> to see the History notes, Press <H> ║
- ║ ║

- ║ To 'enlist' a client to a Follow through date select ║

- ║ To increment by day Press <Page/Dn> to get your day set. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ Use the arrow keys to match the date you want installed in the Next ║
- ║ Contact field in your client database. You can change the year, the ║
- ║ month and day. ║

- ║ Look at the bottom of the screen ║
- ║ and you will see what keys to use to ║
- ║ change the date/month/year. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ You can look at YEAR change by using Ctrl Page Down/Up or Y ║

- ║ Assuming you installed a date for the month following, or the ║
- ║ current month, your scheduler screen shows priority assigned ║
- ║ time slot, length of appointment. ║

- ║ and you never will forget to follow through on that important ║
- ║ sales call. ║

- ║ beginning of the month. You browsed and that important scheduled ║

- ║ your memory. ║

- ║ Make this a selection and you will get a clocking schedule for the ║
- ║ day. Fill in the time slots and you have your day schedule set. ║

- ║ For other than today's day use the PgUp key. Keep on pressing until ║
- ║ you reach the day of interest, then fill in your time schedule. ║
