  10.  ║    The data you install in your Master Client Db record,                 ║
  11.  ║    including your Client History record is invaluable.                   ║

  13.  ║    CALL BACKS IS WHERE THE MONEY IS.                                     ║

  15.  ║    FORGET A CALLBACK AND YOU ARE AT RISK OF NOT GETTING                  ║
  16.  ║    THE ORDER.                                                            ║
  17.  ║                                                                          ║
  18.  ║    When you 'enlist' a Client for the NEXT CONTACT date                  ║
  19.  ║    from the Client Db module, or using the Scheduler                     ║
  20.  ║    in Follow Up, you install a call back day which                       ║
  21.  ║    then 'collects' all your NEXT CONTACT records and allows              ║
  22.  ║    you to see, line by line, all the NEXT CONTACT records                ║
  23.  ║    in a given month.                                                     ║
  24.  ║                                                                          ║
  25.  ║    In other words, you can view ALL your follow up calls in a            ║
  26.  ║    selected month, every call to be returned.                            ║
  27.  ║                                                                          ║
  28.  ║    You only use Monthly Scheduler in Follow Up to view all your calls    ║
  29.  ║    in one place.  You then make your selection to view your input        ║
  30.  ║                                                                          ║
  31.  ║    You scroll the screen.  If a Client record needs to be pulled         ║
  32.  ║    up you Press <enter>  which shows your notations.  To see the         ║
  33.  ║    Client record Press <F5> to see the History notes, Press <H>          ║

  42.  ║    Scheduler Press <L> select your future date the Press <A>             ║
  43.  ║    Enter the Client I.D and other time/priority details if wanted.       ║
  44.  ║    To increment by day Press <Page/Dn> to get your day set.              ║

  46.  ║    Use the arrow keys to match the date you want installed in the Next   ║
  47.  ║    Contact field in your client database.  You can change the year, the  ║
  48.  ║    month and day.                                                        ║

  51.  ║    and you will see what keys to use to                                  ║
  52.  ║    change the date/month/year.                                           ║

  114.  ║    want to forget. You have access to another kind of reminder to jog    ║

  161.  ║     used point to point and how much time you spent with an account.     ║
